Rhianna Schlief - Executive Director
Rhianna has been the ED of Hull's Drive-In since fall 2023. She has fond memories of attending Hull's as a child and visiting her grandparents in Raphine, Va growing up. While she has lived in many places in Virginia, and teaching internationally in Chaing Mai Thailand and Warsaw Poland, she is most proud of raising her famlily with her husband. She enjoy spending time in the Rockbridge community in various ways, running her Forest pre-school, "Blue Ridge Outdoor School" and being a REALTOR at James River Realty.

Christian Clement - Operations Director
Hello everyone! My name is Christian Clement, and I’m excited and honored to serve as the Operations Manager for Hull’s Drive-In. I’m originally from Willcox, Arizona, where growing up around the historic Willcox Theater showed me how special community gathering places can be. I graduated from Southern Virginia University with a BA in Liberal Arts, and I’m proud to bring a people-first, tradition-focused approach to Hull’s as we continue creating memorable experiences for generations to come.

Jane Leonard - President
Community connection, wellness, and service are central to both my personal and professional life. I have been honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Hull’s Drive-In for nearly four years and currently serve as Board Chair. Hull’s Drive-In offers a special movie-going experience that brings families, friends, and visitors together through a thoughtful mix of current blockbusters, classic films, and community events.
Professionally, I am a Mental Health Clinician at Virginia Military Institute and previously worked as a School Social Worker for over seven years. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, volunteering with Project Horizon, and spending time with family, friends, and my Labrador retriever, Lexi—named after Lexington.

Kassy McAloon - Vice President
I moved back to Lexington almost five years ago and have a huskydoodle named Sammy B, who loves exploring the city and meeting new people—so if you see us out and about, be sure to say hi! Giving back is important to me, and I stay involved as a CASA volunteer, a Jaycees member, and by helping out at local events whenever I can. I bring strengths in communication, relationship-building, marketing, and event support, and I’m excited to continue my work with Hull’s Drive-In in my new role on the board as Vice President. I love Hull’s for its nostalgic charm, retro vibe, and the way it brings people together—Hull’s feels like more than a drive-in theater; it’s a shared experience and a tradition worth preserving. I look forward to helping keep Hull’s fun, welcoming, and thriving for years to come.

Melanie Falls - Secretary
I am a lifelong Rockbridge County resident who cares deeply about our local community and the traditions that bring people together. Hull’s Drive In is one of those rare places that feels timeless while still requiring thoughtful stewardship to remain strong and sustainable.
Professionally, I serve in leadership roles that require organization, strong communication, strategic thinking, and follow through. I bring experience with record keeping, process improvement, and collaborative decision making. I am detail oriented, dependable, and willing to do the behind the scenes work that keeps an organization running smoothly.
Most importantly, I value service. I want to contribute my skills, time, and care to support Hull’s Drive In so it can continue to thrive for future generations and remain a place where our community gathers, celebrates, and makes memories.

Jim Spaulding - Treasurer
I am a Virginia native and graduated from W&L in 1973 and UVAs Darden Graduate School of Business Administration in 1976. I ran a family lumber business for 25 years, and transitioned into healthcare management and consulting in 2000. I retired in 2025.

Jessika Crance
I am a special education teacher at Rockbridge County High School where I am also the SCA Advisor and Head Senior Class Sponsor. I want to be on the board in order to give back to the community I work in and also ensure that there are safe things for the youth in our community to do.

Rebecca LeMert
I joined the Hull's board in July 2023 and still serve on the board from "over the mountain" after my husband Marshall and I moved to Charlottesville in July 2025, when I took a job at Thomas Jefferson's Monticello. Even from a distance, I can help Hull's by creating social media graphics, poster designs, and the annual Horrorfest marathon lineup! I love serving on the board because 1) I love the movies and 2) I love that Hull's is community-owned AND community-driven—it's a place for people to gather and enjoy an experience together that's been shared through the generations. Keeping Hull's alive and thriving represents a longevity that makes the Lexington-Rockbridge community special.

Brandon Brown
Originally from Houston, Texas, Brandon moved to Lexington in May 2023 to pursue an opportunity to work for his fraternity's national headquarters, and remains there today serving as Director of Communications. Being an avid cinephile, Brandon was quickly attracted to Hull's Drive-In, and was offered a position on the board in July 2025. Brandon looks forward to promoting Hull's digitally and socially, and is excited to discuss and determine the types of films shown, as well as help chart the future of the Drive-In.

Kimberly Passmore
Kimberly moved from Boulder, CO to Lexington in 2019 with her husband Tim after he took a job teaching international studies at VMI. After working over 15 years in a variety of industries from sports to healthcare and nonprofit as a marketing director, communications and branding specialist, and graphic designer, she began doing freelance work in Rockbridge County in an effort to get to know her new community. Since then, she's had the privilege to work with a number of local businesses including Lime Kiln Theater, The Seclusion, Lexington Catering Company, and Blue Ridge Outdoor School, to name a few. When she's not working, you'll find Kimberly caring for her two kids Charlie and Quentin, and their small farm of babydoll sheep, chickens, ducks, border collie Islay and two Maine Coon cats Atticus and Oscar. Kimberly came onto the Hulls Board of Directors in 2025. She has many fond childhood memories of the drive in theater near her hometown in Tennessee, and she is thrilled to play a small part in the preservation and promotion of such an incredible community treasure.

Michelle Lencioni-Huvane
I recently moved to Lexington last year. I love relaxing and enjoying movies and some of my earliest memories were going to a drive in theater with my late grandfather. I love making connections to people and looking for ways to better the community that I’m lucky to be part of!

Sarah Dalton
I’m on a mission to collect the coziest jobs and play a small part in creating a tight-knit community. As I’m already a full-time innkeeper and bookshop co-owner, volunteering for my local drive-in sounded like the most obvious next step! I believe wholeheartedly in the power of shared spaces, the importance of intentional leisure, and the wholesomeness of nostalgic experiences! Also, movies! Love ‘em!
